Old Addresses Are Common

The aim is not perfection. It is a record that a normal person can understand later: this was the vehicle, this was the old logbook address, this is where it left from, and this is how the disposal was handled.
If you need to correct an address separately, use the proper DVLA route for that task. Do not try to hide the mismatch in the scrap paperwork. Honest notes are usually clearer than a neat-looking file that leaves out why the addresses differed.
